Consignor hereby consigns to great North Auction (GNA) the above item(s). GNA in its capacity as the exclusive
agent, shall sell said fixed assets on Consignor’s behalf by public auction or private treaty, to the highest bidder. For
its services, GNA will retain from the proceeds of the sale a commission of: ______________________________
No assets may be withdrawn from the sale without the consent of GNA. Consignor represents and warrants that all
assets are free and clear of any liens or encumbrances. Assets are consigned with no reserve. Until possession and
title of assets are transferred to the purchasers and removed from the premises, Consignor shall bear the risk of
loss, damage, liability, or other casualty, and shall maintain insurance coverage, including liability coverage.
Consignor warrants that assets do not contain hazardous materials. Consignor may not bid on its own assets. GNA
will pay the Consignor the net proceeds of the sale, minus commissions, within 20 days after receiving payment from
the buyer. In the event of nonpayment by the buyer, GNA in its sole discretion may cancel the sale and return the
assets to Consignor. GNA shall not under any circumstance be liable for any incidental or consequential damages
resulting to Consignor as a result of a breach or failure by the buyer.
